Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange their jewellery for another product of equal or higher value.

• The exchange value will be calculated as:
  Current Price – Making Charges + 10%
• Any price difference for the new purchase must be paid by the customer.
• The exchanged jewellery must be in good condition accompanied by the original invoice and certificate.

Refund Policy

If the customer chooses a cash refund instead of an exchange:

• The refund amount will be calculated as:
  Current Value – Making Charges + 20%
• The refunds jewellery must be in good condition accompanied by the original invoice and certificate.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

Return Conditions

Natural wear and tear or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Original purchase invoice and certificate is mandatory.

Jewellery must be returned in its original condition without any damage or alteration.

Customized, engraved, resized, or special-order jewellery is not eligible for return or refund.
